WHAT IS COLLEGE COUNSELING?

Everyone knows that today, it takes more than a high GPA and SAT score to get admitted into top schools. Just look at the statistics! Within the last ten years, admission rate of top 50 universities dropped by 31% to only 40% admittance while top 10 university dropped 60% to the minuscule 6.4%. It's an understatement The competition is getting tougher every year.
That is why HS2 offers a full-service College Admissions Counseling program for students in the 5th-12th grades. With our monthly one-to-one meetings and expert guidance, students feel motivated to do their best in school. HS2 Counselors help maximize their chances of getting into the college of their choice. Our success rate has been tremendous – we have helped thousands of students get into the most prestigious colleges and universities in the United States so far, many of them successfully entering the Ivy Leagues and the UC system!

OUR COLLEGE COUNSELORS

All our Counselors are trained to be "success" counselors, drawing from our diverse backgrounds as former admissions officers, teachers, school counselors, and educators. Using insider information from admissions offices from UCLA to Harvard, Counselors are fully equipped to help students develop healthy study skills, manage their stress and time, get good grades in school, plan SAT and ACT testing, and of course, put together excellent college application packages.

Our current Counselors are from Harvard, UC Berkeley, USC, Duke University, Cornell, Pomona, Columbia and many other prestigious schools in the U.S. Several counselors are members of NACAC, the National Association for College Admission Counseling, as well.
