The Expected Family Contribution (EFC) estimates the student and the family’s contribution towards the cost of tuition for each academic year and is a tool to determine your eligibility for financial aid. Because federal financial aid is NEED based, lowering your EFC can result in higher financial aid grants. Please note, that you are required to submit your FAFSA every year. Thus, your family’s annual EFC will readjust accordingly. Other factors should be taken into consideration: the number of household members attending college in a given year, the age of older parents, the number of dependents in the household, etc. This system will not keep any of the information that you enter.

By clicking on the EFC Calculator, you acknowledge that the estimate provided using this calculator does not represent a final determination, actual award of financial assistance, or a final net price. It is an estimate based on the cost of attendance and financial aid provided to the students in the previous year. The price of attendance and financial aid availability changes from year to year. The estimates do not bind HS2 Academy or any of the universities. You also realize that not all students receive financial aid.
Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be eligible for and receive an actual financial aid award that includes Federal grants, loans, or work-study assistance. For more information on applying for Federal student aid, go to www.fafsa.ed.gov.
